Currently working with over 150 businesses, Universal Web Design has decided that it is time to launch an online ticketing system. Conscious the launch of such a platform would come across as cold or impersonal, unlike other companies that provide a ticketing system, Universal Web Design will continue to offer both email and telephone support. The introduction of the new online ticketing system is to provide an alternative means of contacting a member of the Universal Web Design team and by customers raising a ticket through the new system they can ensure tasks are completed promptly.
19% of customers have already signed up to the new ticketing system and by registering it is then possible to raise and close tickets. It is anticipated that most requests will be website development related however, both existing and new customers are welcome to create an account and begin working with the Universal Web Design team regardless of what service you require.
There is no cost associated with raising a ticket and only if services are provided will your account be charged at the standard hourly rate of £30. As with all services Universal Web Design provide, a time reporting system is used to ensure services are billed accurately and charged at just £7.50 per 15-minute interval. A monthly report is also provided.
